Terms and Conditions

By approving this invoice or submitting payment, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. Production Turnaround: Standard production turnaround is 7–10 business days, plus shipping, and begins once payment is received (unless Net Terms are approved), all order details are provided, and artwork is approved. Delays in approvals or information may extend turnaround times and/or require rush fees. Online Stores & Bulk Orders: Orders placed through online stores, team stores, or fundraiser portals may require an additional 2–3 business days after production for sorting, packaging, and fulfillment. This time is not included in standard turnaround estimates. Payment & Processing Fees: A 3.25% processing fee applies to all credit card and ACH payments. Cash or check payments do not incur a processing fee. Net 30 terms are subject to prior approval. Late Fees (Net Terms) Invoices past due after 45 days are subject to a 5% late fee, with additional 5% late fees applied every 15 days thereafter. Rush Orders: Rush fees may apply and can be up to 75% of the order total, depending on production capacity and order complexity. Deadlines & Shipping: Firm in-hands dates must be communicated in advance and are not guaranteed without prior approval. TORO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping transit times are estimates only. Artwork Approval: All artwork is approved digitally. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details, including spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and fonts. TORO is not responsible for errors or changes requested after final approval. Approved artwork and production initiation constitute services rendered. Sizing & Quantities: Sizing variations and production variance are considered standard industry practice. TORO reserves the right to ship and invoice for up to ±2% of the total quantity ordered. Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus applicable costs. Orders cannot be canceled once production or garment modification has initiated. Returns, Refunds & Reprints: All claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. TORO does not offer refunds. Reprints will be issued only for verified production defects exceeding the industry-standard 2% spoilage rate. Defective items must be returned prior to reprint. TORO is not responsible for items worn, sold, or distributed prior to return. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to TORO’s Terms & Conditions, including production timelines, artwork approval, cancellation policies, and refund limitations. The customer agrees to contact TORO directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks or disputes for services rendered, approved, or delivered in accordance with these terms may be contested and reversed.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, PLEASE CONTACT IMMEDIATELY! Any returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
